2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Zuvro's services for personal or commercial purposes. This license includes the right to:

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Zuvro at any time.

• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zuvro to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or stolen products
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any fraudulent purposes

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. If billing fails, we will send you notice and may suspend your account until payment is received. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers on paid plans. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided for unused portions of a billing period. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or violation of these terms. 7. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload to Zuvro (products, images, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Data Backup

While we perform regular backups of our systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your content. We recommend regularly exporting your data using our export features. We are not liable for any loss of data.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zuvro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zuvro harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
